Abiodun James Faleke is a 63-year-old Nigerian politician, logistics consultant, and business management consultant. He was born on December 25, 1959, in Ekinrin Adde, Ijumu LGA in the old Kabba Province, now Kogi West.
He is a member of the All-Progressives Congress (APC) political party and has been serving as a member of the Nigeria Federal House of Representatives from Lagos State, representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, since June 2011.

Abiodun James Faleke is a Nigerian politician who started his career working in senior positions in various companies. He worked as a purchasing manager at Aluminium Manufacturing Company of Nigeria (ALUMCO) PLC and later as a commercial manager at Crown Agents Ltd.
From 1986 to 2003, Faleke worked in different management positions related to logistics, such as purchasing, clearing and forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and construction.
He started as a Purchasing Expediter at National Orthopaedic Hospital in Lagos during his National Youth Service. Later, he worked as a Material Manager at Kayo Foods Limited and then as a Purchasing, Clearing, Distribution and Commercial Manager at Tate Industries PLC.
In 2003, he entered politics after being appointed as the first Executive Secretary of Ojodu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Lagos state by then-governor Ahmed Bola Tinibu. In 2011, Faleke was elected to represent Ikeja Federal Constituency of Lagos state in Nigeria’s Federal House of Representatives.
In 2015, Faleke ran as the deputy governorship candidate to late. Abubakar Audu in his home state of Kogi and they won with a comfortable margin. However, Abubakar Audu passed away before the official declaration of the results.
The All-Progressives Congress (APC) then transferred the votes to Yahaya Bello who was the first runner-up in the party’s primary election. Faleke challenged the decision of the party up to the Supreme Court but lost.References
