Aman Gupta Biography

Aman Gupta is a successful businessman and entrepreneur from India. He is one of the co-founders of BOAT, a company that specializes in consumer electronics, and currently serves as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to starting BOAT, Aman Gupta had worked for several well-known companies such as CitiFinancial, KPMG and Harman International (JBL). He is currently appearing as an investor on the popular Indian television business reality show, “Shark Tank India,” which airs on Sony TV.

He worked as a Director for Harman International and as a Senior Management Consultant for KPMG from 2011-2012.

Wife and Children

In 2008, Aman Gupta tied the knot with Priya Daga and they have been living happily ever after. Together they have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Ada Gupta and Miraya Gupta.

Aman Gupta was born on March 4, 1982, in Delhi. His parents were Neeraj and Jyoti Gupta. He had one brother named Anmol and one sister named Neha.

Education Background

Aman Gupta graduated from DPS and enrolled in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University to study B.Com in 1998. His father encouraged him to become a Chartered Accountant, so in 1999 he enrolled in the ICAI CA program.

Despite losing interest, he completed the program in 2022 and became one of India’s youngest CAs. He then worked as an assistant manager at Citibank until 2005, when he co-founded Advanced Telemedia Pvt. Ltd with his father.

When the business struggled, his wife advised him to pursue an MBA. He graduated with an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Indian School of Business in 2010 and also earned an MBA in General Management and Marketing from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
