Fresh FM 105.9 FM is a Nigerian radio station that is owned by Yinka Ayefele. It is in the state of Oyo. The station opened in 2015, and the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission gave it a license on April 30, 2015.
The Oyo State Government tore down Ayefele’s Music House on August 19, 2018. It was home to the Fresh FM radio station and a studio. The government said that the location of the property went against what the town planning authority said was allowed.
Fans and people who liked Ayefele were very angry about this. The destruction of Ayefele’s Music House was sad for the Nigerian music industry and for fans of Ayefele’s music.
