Basketmouth Marriage – Ex Wife

Elsie, a successful businesswoman, who later became the comedian’s wife. During that time, Basketmouth had traveled to the University of Lagos, which also happens to be Elsie’s alma mater, in order to promote his first major show, which was referred to as “Basketmouth Uncensored.”

Basketmouth, a well-known comedian in Nigeria, recently said that he and his wife, Elsie, will no longer be together after 12 years of marriage. On December 22, 2022, the comedian broke the devastating news on his Instagram page.

In his letter, he explained that he and his wife had discussed the matter at length before arriving at their conclusion and he pleaded with the public to give them their space at this difficult time.

Basketmouth Said;

“Because of the nature of the circumstance, it is impossible for me to avoid discussing aspects of my private life in public settings. My wife and I, after considerable consideration, have come to the conclusion that it is in both of our best interests to end our marriage “he had written.

He also mentioned that he and his wife would continue to collaborate in order to provide the best possible care for their children even while they dealt with the various other elements of their lives independently.

According to him, “Even if we are going in different directions, we are going to continue to collaborate in order to provide our lovely children with the care, love, direction, and assistance they require. As we make our way through these trying times, we humbly request that you accept our need for privacy. Thank you.”
