As an IT Service Delivery Intern, your responsibilities span a multi-channel IT support experience for Corteva employees.

Your role includes executing operational IT activities, supporting local field services teams, and actively contributing to regional IT operations.

This encompasses supporting IT infrastructure, implementing and adopting IT systems and solutions, and functioning as a super user in project teams for local IT projects.

Your Challenge

Your day-to-day tasks will involve executing various local IT operational activities, supporting the delivery of local field services teams, and collaborating with employees to identify technology solutions that enhance their experiences.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and user satisfaction will be crucial, with a focus on driving the adoption of a multi-channel experience, efficient IT operational processes, and user training.

Qualifications to Grow What Matters

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a relevant bachelor’s degree and knowledge of end-user computing environments. Industry-leading certifications like ITIL & PMP are a plus, as is familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow.

Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, PowerApps, and mobile computing devices is advantageous, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery. Project management skills will be beneficial in this dynamic role.
