Meet Jonah Lomu Ex-Wifes and Current Wife – He was born on May 12, 1975, in Pukekohe, Auckland, New Zealand, was a renowned professional rugby union player.
His parents emigrated from Holopeka, a village on Lifuka in the Ha’apai Islands. Jonah, a Tongan speaker, spent part of his early childhood in Holopeka with his aunt Longo and uncle Mosese.
However, when he was one year old, he was sent to live with relatives in Tonga, returning to New Zealand at the age of almost seven.
At the young age of 19, Lomu made his debut for the All Blacks in 1994, becoming the youngest player to represent New Zealand’s national rugby team. Throughout his career, he earned 63 caps for New Zealand and scored an impressive 37 tries for the national side.
He quickly rose to fame, becoming the first global rugby superstar and earning recognition as one of the sport’s greatest and most influential players, showcasing extraordinary talent.
Lomu played for various Super Rugby clubs, including the Blues, Chiefs, and Hurricanes, but his most iconic moments were in an All-Blacks jersey.
In the 1995 Rugby World Cup, he gained worldwide recognition by scoring seven tries in just five matches and was honored as the Player of the Tournament. Notably, he became the first All Black since 1905 to score four tries against England in a Test match.
Unfortunately, Lomu faced health challenges throughout his life. In 2003, he was compelled to retire from rugby and underwent a kidney transplant in 2004.
Despite his efforts to return to the game, he never reached his previous playing level. Tragically, Jonah Lomu passed away in 2015 at the age of 40 due to a heart attack related to his kidney disease.

In his personal life, Jonah Lomu was married three times. His first marriage was to South African Tanya Rutter in 1996.
He had a second secret marriage to Fiona on Waiheke Island in August 2003, which ended in divorce in 2008 after an affair with Nadene Quirk.
Eventually, Lomu and Nadene married in 2011, marking his third and final marriage.
